About Us
We are a fast-growing company active in the international financial markets. We connect investors such as banks and family offices with fund managers and large investment banks. Our team consists of 30 employees and operates throughout Europe, with a strong focus on Switzerland, the UK, Italy, and the Benelux. Due to our rapid growth, we are actively looking for an enthusiastic student to support us!
What Will You Do?
Roll up your sleeves and embark on this journey with us! You will gain broad exposure to the financial world, covering everything from stocks and bonds to ETFs and private equity. As a small company, we need help with a variety of tasks, including LinkedIn marketing, portfolio analysis, and liaising with investors, fund managers, and banks. This is a unique opportunity to explore what you enjoy (and what you don’t) within finance.
Who Are We Looking For?
Someone with a keen interest in financial markets
A team player who easily connects with people
Someone eager to learn and explore different areas of finance
IT skills are a plus (MS Office, CRM, website management, coding, etc.)
Flexible, results-driven, and entrepreneurial
3th or 4th year university student (masters student or writing bachelor thesis)

Full-time internship: 5 days per week at €1000 per month, minimum 3 months, ideally 6.
We also consider part-time student jobs minimum 2 days per week for 6 months. Hourly rate is competitive.

BT Capital Partners was founded by Gerald and Walter to serve as trusted partners to fund managers and investors across Europe. We have over 4 decades of combined experience in distributing funds and structuring bespoke investment. Our business is built on trust, transparency, and long-term collaboration. We maintain a constant dialogue between the asset manager and the investor base, which is key to growing both our clients’ businesses. We understand the dynamics required to build a brand, launch new strategies, and create network effects.
